Winter Step Challenge

What is a step challenge? Its simple. Try and get as many steps in as you can with a goal of 10,000 steps per day. For four weeks, track your steps using your fitness tracker or phone and the overall winner will be awarded a cash prize!

We will be sharing ideas and resources with you all month long to help get you moving. They come in handy when walking outdoors is not always inviting.

Don't worry if you don't normally get a ton of steps, there are still mystery prizes to be won every week. The more people involved, the bigger the pot, so send the signup link to a friend, a co-worker or a family member an work on it together.
